      Critics Consensus

More fun than a barrel of Jean-Paul Sartre, pic's energy riffs on an engaging love story and really human performances while offering a series of what-ifs and a blood-stirring soundtrack.

Zachary Barnes Wall Street Journal Though it doesn’t deliver a Shyamalanian twist or create the revelatory, encompassing new world of The Matrix, it offers spare, high-velocity action with spectacular style, ornamented with ribbons of philosophical mischief. Mr. Hollywood Still is unique and enjoyable all these many years later. And it was great to see it again and in a theater. So many little things make this good that if you have not seen it you must. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 06/14/24 Full Review Aaron C This film is still a masterpiece!! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 06/13/24 Full Review Chris Intense and not a second wasted Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 06/12/24 Full Review Jeff As great and impactful as it was 25 years ago! There is still nothing else like Run Lola Run. A remarkable, propulsive film. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 06/08/24 Full Review Yash B "Run Lola Run" is a completely crazy and wild nonstop ride. The movie has to be one of the most fast-paced stories I have ever seen. This sort of premise can be a bit light on characters and their development, but I really admire the filmmaking aspect of it. The movie literally barely stops to give us time to breathe and I found myself really enjoying all 80 minutes of it. It presents a few different events happening that make it an interesting and edge-of-your-seat experience. Overall, I think the direction is very solid and the way it is edited is one of a kind, and I really enjoyed the frenetic and wild experience of watching it.
