Ben Travis Empire Magazine A solid shark thriller whose admirable but clunky eco-warnings almost get in the way of a good time. Best when it allows itself to really go in-Seine. Rated: 3/5 Jun 14, 2024 Full Review Tasha Robinson Polygon One of the most substantive of the many aquatic-attack horror movies that have tried to coast along in the wake of Steven Spielberg’s Jaws… But when the inevitable bloodbath starts, Under Paris seems to be cribbing from much messier shark attack movies. Rated: 42/100 Jun 14, 2024 Full Review Randy Myers San Jose Mercury News A guilty pleasure that delivers on its premise and promise, and even leaves you hankering for a sequel. Rated: 3/4 Jun 12, 2024 Full Review Emiliano Basile EscribiendoCine The classic shark tale turns into a sample of the best catastrophe cinema, abuse of digital effects included. Meanwhile, the narrative gets lost in the depths of the Seine. [Full review in Spanish] Rated: 6/10 Jun 17, 2024 Full Review Pablo O. Scholz Clarín The film has rhythm, special effects and impossible dialogues, but it honors the genre... [Full review in Spanish] Rated: 3/4 Jun 17, 2024 Full Review Alejandro Turdo Hoy Sale Cine What bothered me the most about Under Paris was the fact that it ends up being more of a disaster movie rather than a shark movie. And it would have probably been more enjoyable if it wouldn't take itself so serious and fully embrace its nonsense. Rated: 2/5 Jun 14, 2024 Full Review Read all reviews

Paul T Promising start but once the shark multiplies it sinks. Terrible ending. Why did all the bridges blow up anyway? Paris mayor is a joke. Waste of time. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 06/18/24 Full Review Quentin H Under Paris failed as a thriller but exceeded as a comedy movie. There were many plot holes and unfortunately the whole movie production felt over all low budget. Non the less the cheesy acting (e.g. 1:04:40) made the movie more enjoyable. If you are looking for a movie that is so atrocious that its good again this movie might be a solid pick. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 06/17/24 Full Review Robuk F I don’t know why people hate this movie, everything was perfect ( I even watch it 3 times ) Rated 5 out of 5 stars 06/17/24 Full Review Andre B Not good at all. I only have it an extra star because the sharks do kill all the annoying characters. Whoever wrote this definitely doesn’t like humans. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 06/17/24 Full Review Seth S Personally I liked this. Yes its low budget and dialog leaves some stuff to be desired. But the locations and effects are good enough. Starts off slow but does a good job in the second act of ramping up the story. Overall, I thought the story was engaging and the suspense was there enough to keep you watching. I also enjoyed the ending allot I wish more movies would trend toward an ending where our"Heroes" don't always complete there goal. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 06/17/24 Full Review Michael A Honestly it’s quite a stupid movie with so many plot holes the size of Paris. Some of the actors are good but the one who played mayor … terrible acting. The one who tries to guide the share via sonar…. She knows a lot about sharks except that she should leave when a calf is now in the picture. So many dies in that ‘nest’ yet the news does not catch it. Plus there are like 100 sharks in the river but none show their fins till the last scene. I’m embarrassed to have watched this. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 06/17/24 Full Review Read all reviews
